SUBS 2026/2027
We are pleased to announce that the base rate for player subscriptions remains unchanged going into the new season. There may however be some tweaks to our discount offerings. We will be amending discounts over the coming weeks. If you wish to model out the subscription costs you will pay there is a handy tool to do this here
It is also noted that we have had a number of queries during the close season with regards to why we expect subs to continue over the summer months. This is not a new requirement from the club. We have always stated that subscriptions are an annual period for a number of reasons. This includes the ongoing costs that occur even when football isn't being played. This includes paying for overheads such as ground rents, rates, maintenance and repairs, costs for insurance, re-registrations and so on. Whilst we could look to pay over a 10 month season, the overall cost would remain the same, but the monthly cost would of course need to increase, or alternatively the club would need to introduce an annual sign-on fee to cover the gap. As a club we prefer not to do this in order to keep costs as low as we can month on month to keep football affordable and therefore accessible to all our members.
